Can you believe it’s already November?!? That means only 48 shopping days until Christmas (link)!

For this week, a couple reminders regarding the end of the week.

Friday is Veteran’s Day, which is a Federal holiday. Our class schedule is shorted for the day, and we are including a volunteer opportunity after the 930AM class.

Onto the workouts!

Monday.. skill work. It’s good to slow things down a bit and work on some weaknesses. Three movements to work on today with your choosing of scale, weight, and reps.

Tuesday – Start of election day with some deadlifts, then a choice between 2 workouts. Democracy is alive and well!

Wednesday – Working on some push jerks, and then redoing a CrossFit Open workout from 2011.

Thursday – Introduction to some tempo work for some people, followed by a workout inspired by the birthday of the USMC. Looking 241 years young!

Friday – For Veteran’s Day, everyone gets to experience a Hero wod that are normally programmed only on Sunday. Come to one of the five scheduled classes that day and give it your all.

Don’t worry, there is still a Hero workout on Sunday.
