Our mission is to prepare you for life. We do that by offering a fun, engaging, and personalized CrossFit program that’s specifically tailored to fit your needs.
We run one-hour long classes every day of the week, and within those classes you’re going to be working closely with one of our expert instructors who is going to scale, adjust, coach, correct, and encourage you every step of the way.
As an ‘Old Cityzen’ you’re only not paying for access to a gym, you’re paying for access to coaches who can turn a group based fitness class into a highly personalized training session. We’re going to teach you how to move better, remove your body’s restrictions, and how to maintain your body so that you’re always ready to come back for more.
To supplement the CrossFit classes, we also have open gym times throughout the week. This gives you a chance to do a workout you missed earlier in the week, get some extra strength work in, or practice a skill. You are free to work on anything you’d like. We’ll have a coach available during open gym to answer any of your questions, help you with your technique, or to give you a WOD to do.
Our community is fun and inviting (but sometimes is guilty of giving too many high fives), so come on in and say hi sometime!
