That said, our mission inside the gym is to help you meet your fitness goals, whether that’s to improve overall health, shed unwanted pounds, increase strength and endurance, or just regain the ability to enjoy the things you love with better ease and less discomfort.

Our community is filled with inspirational people from all walks of life—working professionals, stay-at-home parents, students, grandparents, elite level athletes and those with zero fitness or athletic experience.

The Old City CrossFit experience is in the approachability of our coaches and members alike, and the accessibility of our programs. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Old City CrossFit knows how to get you where you want to go so that no matter your destination, you’re prepared for the journey.

We teach you to deadlift so that you can effortlessly move your couch out of your English basement without fear of throwing your back out. We teach you how to push press so that you’ll never need help putting your luggage in the overhead compartment. We push you to work hard in each and every workout so that your kids get tired and worn out long before you ever do.

Everything we do and teach within the gym is designed to help you lead a better and more fulfilling life. Basically, if the only time you’re using your fitness is inside the gym, you’re kind of missing the point.
