A short week, but a FUN week coming up. See the schedule listed below – TWICE! – so no excuses for not knowing what’s happening this week/weekend.

Holiday Schedule
Wed., Nov. 27th: No 6:30pm or 7:30pm classes
Thu., Nov. 28th (Thanksgiving): CLOSED
Fri., Nov. 29th: 9 – 11am Open Gym only
Sat. Nov. 30th: 9am – 12pm Open Gym only
Sun., Dec. 1st: 9 – 11am Open Gym, Gainz Club & WODTrain only

A quick note on Thursday. There are no official classes scheduled, but the last 2 years we’ve run a 5K from the gym. We’ll be gathering around 9AM, leaving the gym around 9:10. So you can leave keys/extra clothes/drinks inside.

The route will be right (east) on H St out to Oklahoma Ave. Right (south) on OK Ave to C St. Right (west) on C Street until you get to 10th St. Where you’ll take a final right (north) for a finishing downhill sprint (with a few stop signs/lights/cracks in the sidewalk to avoid) until you get to H St with one last corner back to the gym.

I cannot guarantee pace groups, water stops, or that it’s a USATF certified course. Also, I cannot guarantee that you will have a fun time *shrug* or that you’ll create enough of a calorie deficit to offset what you’ll be eating later that day. I can guarantee a place to pee before and after the run, how about that?

Monday – Heavy barbell complex thanks to Donny Shankle.

– Toes to bar skill work followed by heavy KBs, Dballs, DBs. All the things!

Wednesday – Thanksgiving Day Sampler Platter. A little of everything. Be ready for this long (40 min) workout.

Thursday – Run a 5K. The gym will be doing one at 9am.

Friday – Open gym ONLY. 9AM-11AM (2 hours)

Saturday – Open gym ONLY. 9AM-noon. (3 hours!)

Sunday – Open gym (do the HeroWOD) + Gainz Club + WODTrain. **NO HEROWOD OR YOGA**
