Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and are ready to burn off all that pie and stuffing from the holidays. Here’s a quick preview on the week to come.
Monday – What a better way to get the week started than a good ‘ol dumbbell chipper. Miss doing man makers? You’re welcome.
Tuesday – Squats for strength and some double kettlebell action in the workout.
Wednesday – Going overhead and getting in some snatch work.
Thursday – A gymnastics focused workout. If you’ve missed rope climbs during the week, don’t worry – they’re back!
Friday – Deadlifts for strength and in the workout. Don’t underestimate the weight.. this workout is deceiving.
Saturday – A long workout focusing on the clean and jerk.
Sunday – Hero wod. Come and experience it for yourself.
