Hey Old Cityzens!
I was told to stop telling jokes in these post, and I aimed to do so around Thanksgiving, but it’s hard to quit cold turkey..
The news was announced last week, and starts Monday. Wearing masks in the gym going forward is optional. We are not going to asking/checking for vaccine status, and are going on the honor system. And, if you – or someone you might’ve been in contact with – does get sick, we ask that you follow the quarantine procedures and stay out of the gym until you get a negative test.
I hope you all are looking forward to Thanksgiving this week.. Reminder of our schedule with the adjusted hours below.
Thanksgiving Class Schedule
Wednesday, Nov. 24th: 5am, 6am, 7am & 12pm classes ONLY
Thursday, Nov. 25th: CLOSED Unofficial, non-USATF certified/sanctioned 5k run or row. More deets can be found HERE.
Friday, Nov. 26th: 11am – 1pm Open Gym ONLY
Saturday, Nov. 27th: 9 – 11am Open Gym ONLY
Sunday, Nov. 29th: CLOSED
On the open gym days, the coach that day will have a short, medium, and long workout posted on the board for you to do if you have NO IDEA what to do and need some direction. We got you!!

Monday – Back squats and Man Makers.
Tuesday – Bench press and an EMOM with double unders, lunges, and swings.
Wednesday – Long workout with a little of everything!
Thursday – 5K run! 9AM at the gym.. or do something on your own for 20-30 minutes.
Friday – Open gym 11a-1p. Coach will have a few workouts posted on the board for ya.
Saturday – Open gym 9a-11a. Coach will have a few workouts posted on the board for ya.
Sunday – Rest Day! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
