How much?
F.R.E.E! If you could, sign up ahead of time in ZenPlanner so I can get an idea of how many people to expect.

The 5K route will take you east on H St/Benning Rd towards RFK/The Fields, down Oklahoma Ave to C St, west (turn right) on C St all the way to 10th St, and a final downhill back to the gym.

Not quite ready to run 3.1 miles? That’s okay! There are a couple of ways to shorten the route – turn right on 14th St and take it up to C St (~1.7 miles) or turn right on 17th St and take it up to C St (2.3 miles). Once you get to C St, you’ll turn right and follow the original route back to 10th St, and back to the gym.

And if you’re not ready to run, you can row or bike. Partner up with someone and alternate every 500m.

You’ll have access to the gym before and after the run to use bathrooms, fill water bottles, store your keys/wallet, etc.
