Here we go! Another week!
First off, reminder that this is a holiday week and there are a few minor changes to the schedule, but not until the end of the week. See the full schedule HERE including times for the following week.
Next, I wanted to start off by asking a question – is there a routine to your attendance? Do you show up every other day? Every M/W/F or Tu/Th/Sa? Or maybe your pattern is 3-1-2-1 or a rest day every 4th day. Is there a chance the weather dictates when you show up? It’s too cold to get out of bed, or it’s raining and there’s running programmed. Maybe there’s a movement you don’t like or you’re not good at; or the weight that is listed is 30# more than your 1 rep max for that movement.
