As the first CrossFit gym and best fitness community in NE DC, we’ve been redefining the fitness culture in and around H St NE since we signed our Declaration of into Fitness back in 2013.

By building a community steeped in motivation, shared goals, aspirations, and laying down a clear path to success, our ‘Old Cityzens’ leave every workout better prepared for life ahead.

HOW WE DO IT

We’ll teach you how to use and maintain your body in ways that you didn’t know you were capable of. We challenge you take the lessons that you’ve learned inside the gym, and apply them to your life outside the gym.
