First off, a couple reminders for this week..

Wednesday – Yoga is now at 6:15pm, and will be at that time going forward.

Saturday – Offsite Adventure: Hiking Strickler Knob – Be sure to sign up for the weekend hiking trip to Strickler Knob. Check out the Facebook event here (linked) for more details.

Finally…

The strength work for squats and press will be during the week with deadlifts on Saturday. Notice that they shift a day each week. Sunday hero wods aren’t factor into the programming.

Speaking of which, bikes will need to be parked outside the gym if you’ll be at Sunday’s class. Spoiler alert, there are rope climbs, so the back area on the ‘main stage’ needs to be clear.

Jump ropes will be needed on Friday.

Additionally, if you haven’t already, look into investing in your own jump rope. You can find plenty of adjustable ropes on Amazon for under $20 (linked), and very similar to what we use in the gym. With consistent practice, you will be able to get that illusive double under by the end of the year.
