Rx – 135/95

**Alright.. as mentioned in the weekly blog post, first day with running back in workouts. There will be some rules that go along with this (in/out doors, covering your nose/mouth when you pass people, etc) that your coach will discuss with you, as well as non-running cardio options to do in the gym if you’re comfortable running with your mask on or pulled down to your chin.

But the running isn’t the main focus of the workout – it’s the barbell complex. It’s a slight take on the HeroWOD “DT” with slightly lower weight for Rx (155/105 -> 135/95) but adding a squat to the second movement instead of keeping it power. The challenge in this workout will be having a solid and steady run each round, cycling the barbell, and manage your rest between reps/movements. I realize there’s the temptation to want to go Rx (and I’m calling out myself here on any DB wod where the Rx is 35#), but read those 3 points again.
