**Oh man… let’s start this week off with a BANG! All the things in today’s workout, and you get to do them two times! Consider yourself SO LUCKY. We hit up some suitcase carries the other week, and now we’re increasing the distance of the carry. Note that a medicine ball and dumbbell is used in two movements each.
