Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 handstand push-ups
10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 pull-ups

OR

“Cindy”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

**This is a ‘pick your poison’ day. We won’t *officially* be doing “Cindy” until next May, but this is a rare occurrence for “Mary”. This is a great chance to work on your weaknesses – pistols and handstand push ups – or try to improve on your Cindy score before we redo it. There is no easy option today.
