**Allll the pushing on Tuesday! Now it’s double the fun on the rig with toes to bar and pull ups. Arms and core might be sore from the V-ups and push ups, and make you more aware of your form as you work on staying hollow on the planche plank and lat pull ups. We’ve done them in the past, and it’s a great chance to see how your technique has improved each time.

The workout has a focus on grip, lats, and hip extension with a nice 12 min triplet. The box jumps give your arms a little break from the pull ups, and the box jumps a good warm up for the KB swings. Watch that grip, tho, as you’ll have pull ups right after the swings each round. But 12 should be a doable number for everyone to do unbroken at this weight. Can you get 5+ rounds?
