**I’ve been looking forward to this workout all week. We did a partner version of it on August 8, 2018 that was a 6 min AMRAP of each one, and after 1 min of rest the partners switched and picked up where the other partner left off.

This time you only have yourself to rely on to get through the workout.

A few things to mention for today – keep in mind the ‘no drop policy’ when deciding if you want to Rx or not. Also, doing the workout as prescribed, or Rx, is more than weight, it’s about how well that weight moves and how well you move it. Are you using good technique? Are you able to cycle the weight? Do you have full range of motion?

As for Cindy, as most of you know we have the HeroWOD “Murph” coming up on Monday, May 27th – Memorial Day – and it consists of 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 air squats. If you’re planning doing Murph on Monday, this would be good practice. And if you plan on wearing a weight vest for Murph, I would suggest wearing it today.
