*Your legs got a little bit of a break yesterday, but they’re back at it today with some step back lunges. We did 3 x 6/leg back on 4/28.
Shoulders spent a lot of time pushing, and now it’s time to pull.
The workout is a play on the girl WOD “Helen”, which you’ll see as June’s benchmark WOD for the month. Shorter run, fewer pull ups and swings (although heavier), should allow you to get in close to 6 rounds.
If you plan on wearing a vest when you do “Murph” on Monday, wear a vest today.
