*Oh, long and heavy day! How we look forward to you!

After wrapping up the week with our double strength day and some bicep curls, we turn up the heat with some running, deadlifts, and front squats. Hopefully your paws have recovered from Thursday’s pull ups and are ready for some toes to bar. For those good at T2B, you should be able to cycle the 6 reps unbroken for a couple rounds. But this is gonna be a long workout! So it might be worth it to break up the reps right away if your grip is suffering. Same weight will be used on the bar for the deadlifts and front squats. There is a power clean included, too, and you should be able to do those front squats unbroken. Do they have to be fast? No. But once the bar is in the rack position, you’re moving up and down. Yes, there will a time cap on this workout (posted on the board), so pacing is key. Pacing is more than just how long it takes to run and do each movement, but your transition between movements, any breaks between reps, water breaks, etc.
