**I expect to see lunging in the Open for some reason. Toes to bar have shown up in every workout since the Open started in 2011. So you’re sure as shit going to see them again in the next 5 weeks.

A couple specific movement standards I want to point out – the Devils Press is a burpee with a double dumbbell ground to overhead in one motion, most commonly known as a snatch. No pausing at the shoulders and pressing overhead. On the lunges – parallel to the ground with one end touching the shoulders. Yes, this is getting SUPER specific, but just think of how easier it will be during the Open when you’re stronger overall having done the movement this one way.

We’re looking at 30 min tops for this workout.
