– Build to a heavy double of the complex in 15 minutes
*To build to a heavy double of these two movements, do one rep of each in the order listed, then repeat.
*You can go as heavy as you want, but keep in mind you still have 45 power cleans to do in the workout!
*A good idea is to treat this as a skill day and work on keeping the bar close to the body, getting under the bar quickly, etc.
