As the first CrossFit gym and best fitness community in NE DC, we’ve been redefining the fitness culture of the Capitol region since 2013. By building a community steeped in motivation, shared goals, aspirations, and laying down a clear path to success, our ‘Old Cityzens’—our community members, our athletes—leave every workout better prepared for life ahead.

Our mission is to help you meet your fitness goals, whether that’s to improve overall health, shed unwanted pounds, increase strength and endurance, or just regain the ability to enjoy the things you love with better ease and less discomfort. Our community is filled with inspirational people from all walks of life—working professionals, stay-at-home parents, students, grandparents, elite level athletes and those with zero fitness or athletic experience.

OUR FACILITY

Old City CrossFit was established in 2013 as H St NE’s first CrossFit and functional fitness facility. Residing in a 1,500 square foot space filled with top-of-the-line CrossFit and strength and conditioning equipment, Old City CrossFit fosters a community of excitement, learning, fitness, and self-improvement. Coaches and owners Sean and Erin have created a place where people choose to gather, work hard, and reap the rewards of their efforts.
