I hope everyone had great weekend. Thanks to everyone that made it to the happy hour for David Friday night at The Haymaker. And we have a bigger bash planned for Saturday, September 10th at 6pm.

Monday Classes

Reminder that we only have a 9AM and 10AM class on Monday due to the holiday.

 

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Hero WOD “Badger”.

Tuesday – Squat day with weighted pull ups.

Wednesday – Olympic lifting focused day with power snatch, snatch balance, and squat snatch.

Thursday – AMRAP with deadlifts, box jumps, and sprinting.

Friday – Rowing, heavy front squats, and C2B pull ups.

Saturday – Partner WOD with snatches, push ups, and Turkish Get-Ups

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! Take care of your body! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
