I hope everyone had great weekend and enjoyed time outside. And maybe you made it down to H Street Fest on Saturday. That can always be a fun – and wild! – day!

 

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – All the inversions with handstand holds, handstand walking, and handstand push ups. Yes, there are scales for everything, as well as some air squats in between.

Tuesday – Our usual back squat/front squat day, returning to the 5s this week, with some dumbbell accessory work.

Wednesday – A deadlift ladder coupled with unbroken double unders for a spicy AMARAP today.

Thursday – Old City Benchmark WOD #6 with handstand push ups, cleans, and toes to bar.

Friday – A solid cardio day with running and rowing.

SaturdayCrossFit Open WOD #21.3

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10:45am and Gainz Club at noon. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
