I hope everyone had great weekend. Labor Day weekend might mark the official end of summer, but the temperatures are still looking summer-like!

Friday Evening Classes
Reminder from the newsletter that this week we’ll be adding back the 6:30pm class on Friday nights starting this week, September 8th. It has been hiatus most of the summer because a number of regulars have been on hiatus the last few months. We’re hoping that that dimming light keeps you in the gym for the hour before you start your weekend.
Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Only ONE class today at 10am. You’ll be doing a *slightly* modified version of Wilhelm Tell.
Tuesday – Another long workout for those that didn’t make it Monday. Today you have rowing, power snatches, and Turkish Get-ups
Wednesday – Double strength day with a clean focus of hang power and front squats, as well as dips and landmine presses.
Thursday – Bench press for 5s at the same weight followed by Man/people makers and double unders.
Friday – Old City Benchmark WOD #3 – “The Chief”
Saturday – Back squats of 5s at the same weight, followed by a triplet of pull ups, sit ups, and KB swings.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
