Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Push/pull day with some strict press, handstand walking/holds, as well as some double unders sprinkled in.
Tuesday – Find some time to build to a heavy clean and jerk single, then we’ll get in some rowing and hang power clean and jerks.
Wednesday – Deadlifts and burpees!
Thursday – Squat cycle day. Today we’ll build to a heavy single, but NEXT WEEK IS TEST WEEK. And bike sprints today.
Friday – Partner workout with rowing, thrusters, TGUs, and lunges. All the legs!
Saturday – Long workout today with snatches, overhead squats, and sprinting.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10:45am and Gainz Club at noon. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
