I hope everyone had great weekend and is ready for the week. So much celebrating this week of Halloween, Samhain, All Saints Day, Day of the Dead, All Souls Day… and so much more!

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Dress UP! Get spooky swole today with some good ol’ fashion bench press, followed by a quick little chipper with a plate. Just imagine it’s a Reese’s Peanut butter cup and you’ll enjoy it.
Tuesday – Old City Benchmark WOD #3 – “The Chief”
Wednesday – Some booty building hip thrusts and strict knee raises followed by a simple but not easy couplet of running and pull ups.
Thursday – Snatch grip deadlifts followed by some push press and sit ups.
Friday – Double the fun with two couplets involving double unders and squats.
Saturday – Some FUN strength work in the form of Bulgarian split squats followed by an ascending ladder and a descending ladder couplet.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
