Congrats to AM regular Jack S for completing the New York City Marathon Sunday in just over 6 hours. A bum knee hampered his training the last month, and slowed him up race day. But.. *DAMN*.. he completed a marathon!! And then starts a new job on Monday. Phew! What a whirlwind weekend. Give him a hearty CONGRATS! next time he’s in the gym.

Let’s see what’s coming up this week..

Monday – Double strength day with a clean focus. Getting in some pause jerks and some overhead static strength work

Tuesday – Push/pull/core work with some wall walks, lunges, and push presses.

Wednesday – Long workout with wall balls, box jumps, and dips.

Thursday – Front squats and a tribute WOD for Veterans Day.

Friday – Bench press with rowing, snatch, front squat workout to follow.

Saturday – Long (20+ min) interval (3:1) chipper (more than 3 movements) workout with double unders, swings, and sit ups – at least!!

Sunday – Rest Day! You made it! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!

Let’s have another great week!
