Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Long workout with double unders, thrusters, and burpees. Yaaaa, burpees!!!

Tuesday – Bench press followed by a pull up, swing, air squat AMRAP.

Wednesday – Hang power snatch partner workout with some rowing.

Thursday – High rep back squats followed by a dumbbell complex. How long can you hold on??

Friday – Romanian deadlifts as well as Old City Benchmark WOD #1 – get ready to sprint!

Saturday – Handstand push up strength work with a dumbbell carry and box jump triplet. What’s the mystery 3rd movement??

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
