I hope everyone had great weekend. And is looking forward to spending some extra time with family and friends this week and coming weekend.
What’s your favorite Thanksgiving food? Is it the turkey? Stuffing? Mac and cheese? Some greens?
I think my favorite Thanksgiving food is pie, but some people say that’s irrational.
We have a slight change to the schedule this week. Check this out for the first part of the week.
Thursday through Sunday is listed below.
Monday and Tuesday – Normal schedule.
Wednesday – 5am, 6am, 7am, and Noon classes ONLY!

Monday – Deadlifts and a NFT workout with some bike sprints, lunges, and Dball carries.
Tuesday – Our Thanksgiving Sampler Platter workout
Wednesday – Front squats and spin on “Jackie”
Thursday – CLOSED. There is NO organized 5K run this year. Get out and run 5K (20 to 30 minutes) on your own or with family.
Friday – Open gym only 11am – 1pm.
Saturday – Open gym only 9am – 11am.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We’re back to our regular schedule with Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
