I hope everyone had great weekend and is getting ready for Thanksgiving. We’ve got things cookin’ in the gym for you!
Holiday Schedule
Monday and Tuesday – NORMAL
Wednesday – 6am, 7am and noon ONLY. *Updated to remove 5am*
Thursday – The “official/’unofficial'” 5k Run with Coach Kate. Meet at the gym at 9am, and plan to head out at 9:15am. New route this year – to the Capitol and back.
Friday – Open Gym 11am – 1pm
Saturday – Open Gym 9-11am
Sunday – Yoga at 10am

Before feasting on Thanksgiving day foods, join Coach Kate for a lil’ jaunt. Below is the tentative route. This is a change from our route out toward RFK/The Fields
Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
**Because it is a short week, we’ll be going off the ‘normal’ programming a tad since we only have 3 official days in the gym. We’re still on track to hit our 1RMs next month*
Monday – Thanksgiving Sampler Platter. A traditional workout the week of Thanksgiving.
Tuesday – Double strength with a snatch focus, including some pull up negatives, Romanian deadlifts, and Tate’s presses.
Wednesday – Bench press and Man Makers.
Thursday – 5K Run at 9am. Then watch the Detroit Lions beat up on the Green Bay Packers at 12:30p.
Friday – Open gym 11am – 1pm. Come in and make up a workout, get in some extra strength work, or do some skill work.
Saturday – Open gym from 9am – 11am. Then enjoy some more Thanksgiving leftovers.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
