Let’s see what’s coming up this week..

 

Monday – Back squats with a ‘not for time’ (NFT) workout afterwards to get you moving. Some pulling, jumping, swinging.

Tuesday – Bench press with our first Old City bench mark workout that involves the Assault Bike.

Wednesday – Partner workout with rowing, push ups, and hang cleans.

Thursday – Toes to bar skill day with some sit ups, DB snatches, and lunges.

Friday – CrossFit Open WOD 22.3. Watch the announcement LIVE on Thursday at 3pm.

Saturday – Swings, and burpees, and box jumps – oh my!

Sunday – Rest Day! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
