I hope everyone had great weekend and recovered from the Open workout Friday and/or Saturday. Ready for week 2?? What will we see this week? Wall walks? single under crossover? Toes to bar? A repeat workout? Anything can happen!

Meet Aga Wieczorek!

She can regularly be found in the 4:30pm class and stretching off to the side in the 5:30pm class. She’ll be taking pictures during The Open and during other classes throughout the coming weeks.

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Deadlifts for 5s followed by a couplet of box jumps and knees to elbow sandwiched together by some running.

Tuesday – Long body weight triplet with an ascending ladder of reps. Bring your jump rope!

Wednesday – Double strength day with a clean focus including a clean and jerk EMOM. Booty building hip thrusts and curls are on the menu, too.

Thursday – Bench press for 3s followed by a “Jackie” inspired triplet of rowing, KB swings, and pull ups. Start taking care of your hands today!

Friday – Open WOD 24.2. It will be announced Thursday at 3pm. Will we be doing wall walks this week?

Saturday – Back squats with a sumo deadlift high pull and hang power snatch descending ladder couplet.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
