Hey Old Cityzens!

How are ya feeling after 21.1?? Shoulders doing okay? Calves rock hard? Spend a little more time loosening things up today. Check out the weekly schedule below to see when we might be jumping (Saturday) and pressing (Tuesday), so you’re ready to get after it again.

Workout #2 will be announced THURSDAY. Scores for 21.1 will need to be submitted by Monday, 8pm, and Coach Jen will be validating the scores. Be patient! Yes, it’ll likely show as pending, but she’s on it!

Okay.. the Open gonna dominate talks for the next two weeks, but let’s see what’s coming up this week..


Monday – Deadlifts followed by a bodyweight tabata workout to get you prepped for our benchmark workout *next* week.

Tuesday – Push/pull/core EMOM followed by some Devil’s Press and toes to bar.

Wednesday – St Patrick’s Day, so why not a 3/17/21 inspired work out??

Thursday – Weighted step ups and come squat cleans.. oh yeah!!!

Friday – CrossFit Open WOD 21.2. Announcement happening Thursday 8pm.

– It’s been awhile, so why not a HeroWOD.

Sunday – Rest Day! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
