I hope everyone had great weekend celebrating Juneteenth and Father’s Day. And what a great weekend to get outside.. say.. to a baseball game. The weather was definitely more tolerable than it typically is this time of year. But we all know what to expect in the coming months.


Pride T-shirts

The new batch of Pride Tshirts and tanks will be arriving soon! Coach Jen will bring them in as soon as they arrive. And we’ll start working on replacements to those who already bought a shirt.


Yoga Time Change

Reminder that the new class time for Sunday yoga is 10:45am.

 

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Power clean EMOM, followed by a couplet with thrusters.

Tuesday – Bench press followed by another(!) EMOM of double unders and KB Swings.

WednesdayOld City Benchmark #6 – handstand pushups, cleans, and toes to bar.

Thursday – Push/pull/squat day that includes lower body pushing and some core work, followed by sprinting, sit ups, and deadlifts.

Friday – Double strength with front squats, dips, and overhead carry.

Saturday – Long workout with Devil’s Press, step overs, and pull ups.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! Take care of your body! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
