Monday Classes – No Changes
Monday is a Federal holiday, but we will keep the schedule as is. Come to one of our seven classes and hit up our “Juneteenth” workout.
Tracking Workouts
We’re working on a solution to the board pictures not being on Twitter. In the meantime, continue to log in your results in the ZenPlanner app. Where you reserve you spot under “Classes”, you can also see the workout for the day under “Workouts”. This is especially helpful for the strength movements.
Old People – looking to compete?
Check out this competition in Alexandria, VA at the end of August. For members 30 and older. Now.. I don’t think 30 is old because you could be my child. But if you’re looking to compete, here’s your chance. Early bird sign up ends at the end of the month.

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – “Juneteeth” workout. Regular schedule today.
Tuesday – Sumo deadlift for higher reps followed by a SDLHP and hand release push up couplet.
Wednesday – You get not one, but THREE long workouts this week with double unders, toes to bar, and snatch triplet today.
Thursday – Double strength follows last weeks pattern with having one strength movement and a Benchmark WOD. Today’s is the Girl WOD “Grace”.
Friday – Bench press for 5s followed by a 10 min AMRAP with box jumps and KB Swings.
Saturday – Wrapping up our 3rd of 3 long workouts this week with a task priority version of the benchmark Girl WOD “Barbara”.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
