Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Long workout with Devil’s press, lunges, and double unders.

Tuesday – Back squats (8s, 6s) with a quick triplet of sprinting, swings and knees to elbow.

Wednesday – Sumo deadlifts (deadstop!) for 5s followed by a push press box jump couplet.

Thursday – Long workout with longer running, thrusters, and dips.

Friday – Double strength day with a snatch focus, working on pausing and keeping the bar close to the body, followed by Old City Benchmark WOD #7 – 1k row for time.

Saturday – Bench press for 8s, followed by a fast hang power clean and sit up couplet. Can you go faster than 1 round/min?

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
