Hey Old Cityzens!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend, and is maybe extending it a bit longer with a few days off to start the week. Check the schedule below if you’re looking to get in a workout these next few days.

And please try to keep all your appendages this weekend if you plan on shooting off any fireworks. I know a certain someone that doesn’t use his thumbs (wrapped around the rig.. bar.. maybe the KB? Don’t try shaking his hand.. *awkward*) so he’s already working down a couple digits. And yes I’m adding this to see who’s reading this to know who’s being called out. 😉


Class Schedule July 3-4

Monday – No 5am, no 6:30p. All other classes and open gym times will run as scheduled.
Tuesday – Special 10am Holiday WOD. Sign up in ZP.
Wednesday – Back to normal

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Long workout with wall walks, snatches, and double unders. Rest is built in this one, so it’s easier!

Tuesday – Special Holiday WOD hosted by Coach Jack today at 10am. Sign up in ZenPlanner to reserve your spot. Can’t make it? Run a 5k instead.

Wednesday – Bench press with a sit up and strict press couplet.

Thursday – Fun with Fran and Grettel

Friday – Back squats for 3s followed by couplet of sprinting and KB swings.

Saturday – Deadlifts for 10s every 5 minutes. Bike sprints for time.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
