I hope everyone had great weekend and is looking forward to getting back in the gym.
The date of this month’s picnic is Saturday, July 29th from 2-5pm. We’ll gather at the North East corner of the park.
Please bring some food/drink to share
We’ll get an Event posted in the Facebook Community group soon.
Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Long workout with double unders, toes to bar, and power cleans.
Tuesday – Back squats for a heavy 3 followed by some sprinting.
Wednesday – Deadlifts every 3 min, 5 reps each set, followed by handstands and jerks.
Thursday – Benchmark Girl WOD “Karen”
Friday – Double strength day with a snatch focus with some overhead squats.
Saturday – Bench press with some rowing and swings.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
