Picnic/Potluck Plans
Mark your calendars for the last weekend of the month. We’ll take over some space at Stanton Park for some fun in the sun – and hopefully shade! More details coming this week!
Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Double strength day with a clean focus. Hang power and hang squat cleans, hip thrusts, and dips.
Tuesday – Push press and a burpee/snatch/thruster EMOM with increasing reps.
Wednesday – Old City Benchmark WOD #3 – “The Chief”
Thursday – Back squats and broad jumps followed by a double under and lunge couplet.
Friday – Deadlifts for 8s and “Annie” minus the double unders.
Saturday – Partner workout with a “Jackie” vibe.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
