I hope everyone had a great week and weekend and holiday break. Maybe you traveled or stayed close by, but I hope you got to spend some quality time with friends and family.

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 
Tuesday – Easing back from break with our Double strength day that includes some high hang power snatches, seal rows, and Romanian deadlifts.

Wednesday – Narrow grip floor press followed by a “Chief”-like workout with pull ups, hang power cleans, and lunges.

Thursday – Long workout with rowing, double unders, and KB Swings.

Friday – Back squat for 5s with a tempo followed by a couplet of wall balls and sit ups.

Saturday – Sumo deadlift for 5s with another couplet (this one for time) of step ups and push press.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
