CrossFit Open

It starts this THURSDAY when the workout is announced at 3pm.

Are you ready???

The Open is 3 weeks long and is a test (sometimes a retest) of where you rank against CrossFitters all over the WORLD.

We’ve been doing some of the workouts the past 5 weeks, and working on gymnastics and Olympic movements that seem to trip people up. Maybe this is the year you get your first pull ups, toes to bar, handstand push up, or max your clean. *fingers crossed!*

We’ll perform the workout Friday in each class. For those signed up for the Open, you can perform it at open gym on Saturday.

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Open workout 11.5

Tuesday – Double strength day with work on both front squats and push jerks.

Wednesday – Narrow grip bench press followed by a rowing air squat couplet.

Thursday – EMOM workout with biking, dips, box jump and moar!

Friday – CrossFit Open WOD 23.1. Announced Thursday at 3pm.

Saturday – Deadlifts and some tabata gymnastics work.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
