Hey Old Cityzens!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I’ve been visiting family in Michigan over the weekend and trying to get some workouts in, but I can’t wait to get back to some sense of normalcy. The holidays are still over a week away, but we want you to keep you calendars up to date if you plan to stay around the end of the month.

Holiday Schedule
Tuesday, Dec. 24th: 6am, 7am & 12pm classes ONLY
Wednesday, Dec. 25th: CLOSED
Thursday, Dec. 26th: 9 – 11am and 4 – 6pm Open Gym ONLY
Friday, Dec. 27th – Monday, Dec. 20th: Normal Schedule
Tuesday, Dec. 31st: 9 – 11am and 4 – 6pm Open Gym ONLY
Wednesday, Jan. 1st: CLOSED
Thursday, Jan. 2nd: Resume normal schedule

But before then, we have our holiday party coming up this weekend. Be sure to reply online to let us know if you’re coming so we can get a rough head count for food and drinks.

**There will be NO OPEN GYM SUNDAY after the holiday party.

Like I said, I’ve been away so I’m short on announcements, so let’s see what’s coming up this week..

Monday – Heavy carry and couplet sandwiched by a run as a cash in/cash out.

Tuesday
– Double strength of clean and jerk and weighted dips.

Wednesday – Long day. Mix of body weight and barbell.

Thursday – Heavy deadlifts for 5 and some bike sprints. You heart the Assault Bike, right?

Friday
– Push press and benchmark workout “Karen”

Saturday – 50 to 10 chipper with double unders, so bring your jump ropes.

Sunday – Gainz club + WODTrain + HeroWOD + Yoga
