I hope everyone had great weekend despite the rain, and is starting to get into the holiday spirit.

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Back squat for 3s and 2s. Percentages going UP! Air squat and barbell couplet to follow.
Tuesday – Deadlift for 3s and 2s. No bike sprints afterwards.
Wednesday – Hanukkah WOD. Brace yourselves!
Thursday – Double strength day with a snatch focus and some gymnastics work. Or a recovery day from Wednesday.
Friday – Bench press for.. you guessed it, 3s and 2s.
Saturday – Long workout – a theme for most Saturdays this month.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
