Welcome back! I hope you’ve enjoy some time away and are ready to get back at it! There’s a bit of a start/stop/start to the week as we still have a few shortened days coming up..

Monday, December 30th – Normal schedule
Tuesday, December 31st – Open gym 9-11am and 4-6pm
Wednesday, January 1st – CLOSED
Thursday and beyond! Normal schedule

Keep an eye out for the January newsletter to hit your emails midweek with all the 2020 happenings about events, holidays, and programming.

And if you haven’t already, take some time to reflect on 2019 achievements and 2020 goals. What are some strength, gymnasty, and mobility gainz you’re hoping to make? Talk with your coach(es) and start a plan. Not sure where to start? Use the S.M.A.R.T method as outlined by CrossFit Invictus.

Before you get started on that, let’s see what’s coming up this week..

Monday – Handstand push up skill work and and simple triplet to get you back into the ‘swing’ of things.

Tuesday
– Open gym only from 9-11am, 4-6pm. BUT! There will be a 12/31 workout posted, so keep an eye on the workout if you want to come to open gym but aren’t sure what to do.

Wednesday – CLOSED

Thursday – Double strength of a back squat EMOM of 10s and some snatch work.

Friday – Long workout with heavy cleans. Be ready.

Saturday
– Snatch grip deadlifts which you’ll use in the workout along with hang power snatches and overhead squats. Should I mention that there’s running, or nah?

Sunday – Open gym + Gainz club + WODTrain + HeroWOD + Yoga
