Hey Old Cityzens!
I want to start off this post by saying THANK YOU for being a part of a great community. We wouldn’t be Old City without you, so thank you for coming in each and every day and working your tails off.
Speaking of coming in.. we have a busy week coming up with some changes to the schedule. See below.
Monday, December 24th: 6am, 7am, 9:30am & 12pm classes ONLY
Tuesday, December 25th: CLOSED
Wednesday, December 26th: Open gym 9-11am and again from 4-6pm
Thursday, December 27th: Normal Schedule, but NO 7:30pm class
Friday, December 28th: Normal Schedule, but NO 5am class
Saturday, December 29th: Normal Schedule
Sunday, December 30th: Open Gym 9-11am; Strength Club 11-12:30.
Let’s get to it and see the line up for this week..
Monday – 12 Days of Christmas WOD. A few of us tried it out Sunday at open gym, and it’s a doozy!
Tuesday – CLOSED. Spend time with family and friends
Wednesday – Open gym. This is our double strength day with split snatch and front squats. But I’ll throw in a cashout workout or even a little longer metcon on the board.
Thursday – Back squats and triplet with push ups, air squats, and KB swings
Friday – Long workout with a barbell, some burpees, wall balls.. aka, a lot of fun.
Saturday – Deadlifts and a partner workout couplet.
Sunday – Open gym and Gainz club ONLY *A Hero WOD will be programmed that you can do at open gym.
