Hey Old Cityzens!

I hope everyone had great weekend and enjoyed themselves at the holiday party last night. It’s always nice to see people not wearing gym attire and enjoying themselves.


Weekend schedule

Friday, Dec 23rd – normal schedule
Saturday, Dec 24th – Open gym 9-11am
Sunday, Dec 25th – CLOSED

 

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Some more narrow grip bench press and tricep extensions followed by rowing sprints.

Tuesday – Deadlifts and some grip strength and core work.

Wednesday – Double the strength with Zercher squats, DB jersk, strict dips, and

Thursday“Nate” with some biking.

Friday – 12 Days of FITMas workout. Rep scheme follows the “12 Days of Christmas” and includes no birds, mostly barbells.

Saturday – Open gym only – 9-11am

SundayMerry Christmas! We’ll be closed today AND Monday.
