It was so great to see so many of you at the party last night. I hope you had as much fun as I did. Thank you for being a part of Old City for 5 days, 5 months, or even the few who have been with us the full 5 years. We wouldn’t be where we are without awesome members like you! *hands heart*
Big week coming up as we have a girl benchmark WOD on Tuesday. This is also the last full week before the holidays start getting real. Keep an eye on the front board as well as social media for the class schedule from Dec 23 – Jan 1. Spoiler alert – we’ll be closed Dec 25 and Jan 1.
Let’s see what’s coming up this week.
Monday – Rack pulls followed by a heavy barbell push/pull couplet.
Tuesday – Girl WOD “Jackie” plus bench press.
Wednesday – Double strength day with a power clean, front squat, push press EMOM and weighted pull ups.
Thursday – Long workout day with some deadlifts, box jumps, and toes to bar.
Friday – Back squats and a dball double under couplet.
Saturday – Another long workout day. We’ll be doing some muscle ups, so even if you don’t have them, you’ll be getting in some transition work on the rings. A great way for everyone to learn a new skill.
Sunday – Open gym + Gainz Club + Hero WOD + yoga
