1 rep max testing

We’re getting closer! Percentages are going UP this week with final testing happening next week – Monday through Wednesday.
Monday, December 18th – Bench press
Tuesday, December 19th – Back squat
Wednesday, December 20th – Deadlift

Get ready!!!!

 

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Deadlifts with 1+ reps at 95%. Lil’ tabata with KB Swings and wall sits to follow.

Tuesday – Long workout with wall balls, burpees, and squat cleans.

Wednesday – Double strength day with push press, glute bridges, and DB curls.

Thursday – Bench press for a heavy single (see Monday) with double unders, snatches, and sit ups for time.

Friday – Back squats, thrusters, and power cleans, oh my!!

Saturday – Longer workout with a lot of skill involved – power snatches, dips, and pistols.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am for you to stretch out after a tough week. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
