I hope everyone had great weekend, especially those that went on the tubing event on Saturday!

 

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Building to a heavy single of a snatch complex, then snatching, running, and pulling (ups, C2B, muscle ups) in the workout.

Tuesday – Dumbbell complex for 50 reps.

Wednesday – Week 3 of our squat cycle. Reps of 5/3/1+ today.

Thursday – Heavy push press and box jump couplet.

Friday – Rowing, goblet squats, and toes to bar x 2

Saturday – Running, biking, and L-sits.

Sunday – Yoga at 10:45; Gainz Club at noon. Otherwise, try to take a rest day!
