We’re BACK! Okay.. I’m back.. and so is the weekly blog post that put a few peeps in a tizzy when it went on hiatus last week. Can a girl take a day off?? Y’all survived, so onto another week.

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..


Monday – Rowing conditioning.

Tuesday – Double strength day. Week 2 of 10 of our squat programming. Stick with what you did last week – front or back squats. It will be followed by deadlifts super setted with strict pull ups.

Wednesday – Looooong workout with running and double unders.

Thursday – Old City Benchmark WOD #3 “The Chief”

Friday – Pull up and deadlift EMOM.

SaturdayCrossFit Open WOD 11.3

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! Take care of your body! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
*Yoga at 10:45; Gainz Club at noon.
