What a great weekend! Happy belated Passover and Easter to those who celebrate.

You saw the majority of the announcements in Thursday’s newsletter. Here’s the tl;dr version..
– Congrats to those who competed and completed the Open workouts
– You have until 30 min before a class to reserve or cancel your reservation.

**Side note – can’t make a workout in person? Check out the ZoomWODs MWF led by Coach Jess! No equipment to use at home? She’ll work with you to make modifications to make sure you get your sweat ON!
– Programming insider tips! Read it! There is SOOO much information I just CANNOT justify writing about how “Grace” is the benchmark WOD and we’re going to be spending the next 3-months on a squat cycle. Just CANNOT say that..

 

 

Let’s see what’s coming up this week..

 

Monday – Floor press and some cleans.. and Monday burpees (then no more the rest of the week!)

Tuesday – Snatch complex and some pull ups. You’ll see the latter later in the week.

Wednesday – Remember what I said in the newsletter about “Grace” and clean and jerks? Hmm..

Thursday – Back squats. Starting off with some volume. Then you’ll swing a kettlebell (heavy) and jump on a box (high).

Friday – Push/pull/squat strength day – unilateral work. We haven’t used the Medicine balls for more than wall balls, so look for some push ups, cleans, and sit ups today.

Saturday
– Put those pull ups to use today, and bring your jump rope, too. This long workout includes some SDLHP and is a doozy!

Sunday – Rest Day! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
